How to use this feature?
- To use this feature, go to the ‘Settings’ option in the app. Tap on ‘Business settings’ and then on ‘Catalogue’ option. Next, start adding your product catalogs by tapping on the plus icon. Add price and description accordingly.
- Make sure your app is updated.
- When your customers tap on your profile, they will see your catalogs. By tapping on the catalog, they can see the description of the product. There is a ‘MESSAGE BUSINESS’ button to help them message you directly regarding that particular catalog product.
- When someone asks for a product, you can share your catalog directly from the app, by tapping on the Attachment button and then selecting ‘Catalogue’. Choose the best product and share.
How to add Meesho catalogs ?
In WhatsApp Business Catalogue feature, you can add images either from your phone gallery or by clicking a picture with the phone camera. So, it’s necessary that you download preferred catalogs from Meesho and copy the description text. Now, add images in the ‘Catalogue’ section by selecting them from your gallery.
