How to create Broadcast?
- To create a broadcast, tap on the top-right corner of your WhatsApp screen.
- Here, you will see a message that says only customers who have your number saved on their phone will receive your broadcast messages. So make sure you tell your customers to save your number on their phones.
- Now, select the contacts to whom you want to send the broadcast to. Your broadcast list has been created and saved. Please note, this is not a group but a list. You can create a broadcast list by customer interests.
- Now, to share products through WhatsApp Broadcast, go to the Meesho app.
- Share a catalog by clicking on the ‘SHARE NOW’ button.
- This will copy the product description automatically.
- Now, search and select the broadcast list you want to send the catalog to.
- Tap on the ‘SEND’ icon.
- You will see, all products of the catalog have been sent to your contacts.
- Now, long press on the message box to copy the product description, and tap ‘SEND’.
- Your products have been shared with your customers personally.
