Very bad service by meesho , received different colour bag , claimed return request, but courier person did not pick the parcel , he said the product colour is different he cancelled my return pickup, when I called customer care they said reclaim this time your product will get picked up, next time also same thing happened, Customer service is very bad , they talk very sweetly to get their stars from the customer, i have just stopped using meesho . Because of this issue, and when the courier boy goes to deliver the product always use the meesho name while delivering the product So I stop reselling from meesho. Color is not same as shown.
