    How to prepare Ragi flakes (Atukulu) Upma : Generally, Ragi flakes (Atukulu) can be made in two ways.

     

    1. Let's see how to make Ragi flakes upma. First, put ghee or cooking oil in a pan and add one tea spoon of mustard seeds, one tea spoon of gram flour along with a little onion powder, two green chilies powder, two springs of curry leaves and add 50 ml water to it and add salt as per your taste and now add sathvika Ragi flakes (atukulu) in it and mix it well for two minutes.

    2. How to prepare Ragi flakes upma First take two tea spoons of ghee or oil in a dry pan, add one tea spoon of mustard seeds, one tea spoon of gram flour, one tea spoon of green chickpeas and grind it well, then add 2 springs of curry leaves and add a pinch of turmeric, salt and enough pepper to it and add your Sathvika Ragi flakes to it and mix wel
