I'm really upset and disappointed because the apps are saying my order was delivered, but I haven't received anything. It's just not fair. On April 8th, I placed an order for 10 men's cotton casual kurtas from the Meesho app. They were all from the same brand, Foljen, but in different sizes and colors. The total cost of the 10 items was Rs 3408, with order number 446110079631, Sub Order ID 446110079631_3, and tracking ID 13409441106911. However, on April 22nd, 2024, I only received 3 of the items; the remaining 7 were missing. Despite the app indicating that all items were delivered, this was not the case. I contacted customer service, who instructed me to file a complaint through the app for the missing items, which I did for each shirt. Unfortunately, after waiting 24 hours for a review, my request was rejected. This experience has left me feeling disappointed; I've already paid for the full order, yet only received a fraction of it. I kindly request a refund for the missing items. I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter.
