Potatoes 2-3 medium/250g peeled and Ginger Paste 2 tablespoons

Rice Basmati 31½ cups/750g, washed & soaked

Plain Yogurt 1 cup/200g whipped,

Cooking Oil 1 Cup 200ml, Onions 3 medium/300g finely sliced

Garlic Paste 2 tablespoons

MAAZ Special Bombay Biryani Mix 1 packet, mix in 1½ cup water.
