Fresh, small, spicy green chillies are sorted and cleaned to produce the fingerlicking favor8 spicy green chilli pickle. Innate desi ingredients like mustard seeds, mustard oil, turmeric and others are added to prepare the masala. The pickle is then preserved in “martabans” (as introduced to us by our dadis) under the warmth of the sun, making sure the chillies are very well marinated in the pickling liquid to give it the favor8 combination of flavours.
