The quality is good, and feels premium. But coming to the functionality, it’s not sufficient. The dishes slip when held. The straight part is not fully flat and straight because of which the vessels slip. I couod return it because instarted using it after the return windown was closed. So it’s a useless product for me. The packing, delivery experience were all great though. The manufacturers can make a more functional product but following specifications required for it’s use. Attaching a picture of what i expected and what i got. I already had this iron tongs and wanted a steel one as iron tends to rust when washed. But im disappointed
