Meat Masala that is used to be mixed while cooking chicken and relevent dishes. It is an aromatic and warm masala that is a rich blend of tomato, yogurt and warming garam masala spices. This masala is processed in line with international standards of quality natural spices. Before delivering this masala at clients end, our quality controllers check this offered spice on defined parameters to check its purity and rich taste. To cook 500 gms meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste. Mix with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd. Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture. Keep for 2 hrs. Heat 4 tbsp oil. Fry till crisp 2 sliced onions. Add marinated meat, 3 tsp Dhanhar Meat Masala. Stir for 5 mins. Add 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 10 mins.
