How do I exchange an order?
To place a request for Exchange:
- Go to 'Orders' Tab
- Click on the Order which you want to Exchange
- Click on 'RETURNS' button for the product to be returned
- Next, select 'EXCHANGE'
- Fill the remaining form & click on 'Submit'
Note: You have to upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.
Please note if your customer has received the empty box/missing components, please give us a call or drop an email within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:
-Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
-You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
-The snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.
