After peeling and cleaning the garlic cloves, all the moisture is removed from them carefully. Pure mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, nigella seeds with other desi innate ingredients are mixed with the garlic cloves.The pickle is then preserved in “martabans” (as introduced to us by our dadis) under the warmth of the sun, making sure the cloves are very well marinated in the pickling liquid to give it the favor8 combination of flavours.
