I am not receiving product notifications. What do I do?
Make sure your phone has an Internet connection
You need to first check if you are connected to the Wi-Fi or switch on your mobile data. Further, you can check this by checking if you’re able to open a website in your mobile browser. If you’re unable to open it, please contact your mobile service provider.
- Check if Meesho Notifications are enabled
- Go to Settings in your phone
- Tap on Notifications section to see list of apps
- Tap on Meesho app, and see if Notifications are enabled
