I cannot see my referral names in the Meesho app. What should I do?
Please be informed that because of some technical issues, sometimes the app fails to auto-capture the referral code. In such scenarios, the referral code has to be manually entered by the referral in their Meesho app within 15 days from the date of first-time Installation.
You can find your referral code in your account section. Please inform the same to your referral to enter manually in the below-mentioned path
Account-> Enter referral code
In case, you don’t still see the referral name, kindly confirm if they have downloaded the Meesho app previously. In case your referral has not downloaded the Meesho app for the first time, the referral benefits will not be applicable.
