How do I track the shipment of an order?


Please follow the following steps:
 

  1. Go to 'Orders' section
  2. Tap on the relevant Order
  3. Click on 'Track'
  4. Click on 'Open Courier Link'

  You can also share the Tracking number or link with your customer through WhatsApp share button.

Note: In case delivery executive has collected extra amount than the order value OR the order is marked delivered but your customer did not receive it, please give us a call within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. You will find our contact number in the 'Account' or 'Help' section of the app.
