How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order by following the steps below-

• Go to 'Orders'
• Select the order that you want to cancel
• Click on 'Cancel'
• Select your reason for cancelling the order (you can add additional comments if you want)
• Click on 'CANCEL PRODUCT'
• Your order will be cancelled successfully.  

But if it has been dispatched then the order can not be cancelled.  In such a case, you can deny your order at the time of delivery.
